Shopping Cart
When shopping at iINK, you can simply add items to your Shopping Cart by clicking "Add to Shopping Cart". Your items will remain in your Shopping Cart until you complete the purchase transaction with your credit card, at which time the items will be removed. Items placed in your Shopping Cart will not reserve products, and may be removed upon final checkout if inventory is no longer available.

To review the items in your Shopping Cart, you can do so by clicking on "Shopping Cart" at the top of the page. This will take you to the Shopping Cart page whereby you can:

- Check Out, or
- Remove items from your bag by clicking "Remove", or
- Edit the quantity or other selections by clicking "Edit item"

Item Availability
All in-stock items are available for purchase online. In the event when an item is out of stock we will notify you by email and refund your money.

Payment Options
The following credit cards are accepted at iINK:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Paypal

iINK does not accept:
- Cash
- Personal Checks
- CODs
- Visa Gift Cards, MasterCard Gift Cards or American Express Gift Cards

Important information about payment:

For security purposes, your billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to deny any order that does not match these criteria.

We are only able to accept credit cards drawn on an Australian bank.

Sales Tax
All sales include the prevailing GST rate.

Emails About Your Order
When you make a purchase at iINK, you will receive one or more of the following emails:

1. Order Confirmation
This email confirms that we have received your order and provides you with an order number, shipping and billing information, and an order summary. Please keep this email for your records.

2. Shipment Confirmation
This email confirms that your order has shipped. The arrival time of your order will be 24 hours. Your credit card will be charged for the order amount once your items have shipped

3. Backorder Notice
This email informs you that an item or items from your order is no longer available and has been removed from your order. Your credit card will not be charged.

Changing/Cancelling Your Order
Once you click "Place Order", your order begins to process and you may not change or cancel your order.
If your order has already processed or shipped, you may return items by following the Return Instructions once you receive your order. Learn more about Returns
